The complex includes 7500 m² construction area consisting of 92 different economic size affordable units in four floors. A basement for storages and parking areas and a laundry room is also provided. Six different entrances and separate stair cases created a calm and smooth accessibility for each apartment.

A variety of eleven different apartment plan types are considered in the design. Each apartment is carefully designed with two or three bedrooms in the economical areas of 50 m² to 96 m².

In the two bedrooms type apartments a cozy place in living room is particularly designed for the use of a fold over bed, which could to be used as another separate bedroom.
