This complex is designed to be constructed in a total site area of about
10,000 m2 in one of the best parts of the Kish Island free
zone, with splendid landscape of Kish eastern beach. Total construction
area is designed for 50,000 m2 including 29700 m2
net residential space in 16 floors. An uncovered swimming pool and a
coffee shop are to be located on the roof, entertainment and recreation
facilities and a few shops and a kindergarten in ground and first
floors. 160 parking spaces are also designed in the basement.
The complex is designed in four separated blocks which are accessible in
three directions via the neighboring streets. Basement, ground and first
floor are exposed to public for the stores and recreation facilities,
but the residential units are accessible through separate entrance and
hall.
Each tower is equipped with five different size elevators for passengers
and cargo as well, and two separate stair cases. This makes a total of
twenty elevator units and eight stair cases, enabling smooth and
sufficient vertical movements for the users. To add more privacy and
luxury to penthouses and public recreation facilities on roof, four
elevators are exclusively used for these areas. |
