After nearly thirty years of professional performance in a wide range of engineering activities, the founders of "Tazh Investment and Construction Management Company (Plc)" established the firm as a holding company. The holding with a registered capital of 150 billion Rials defines, assesses and finances different projects and consequently distributes them among its subsidiary companies for execution. The subsidiary companies of Tazh, are briefly introduced hereunder according to their establishment dates:

Established in 1977, “Tarh O Kavosh Engineering Co.” started its professional activities as a consultant engineering company and mainly concentrated on architectural work and urban planning. Since then TOK has a record of more than 200 outstanding architectural projects and over 20 major urban master-planning in different locations in Iran.

TOK is currently a member of the   “Abadi Sarzamin”, a consortium consisting of eight Iranian leading consulting engineering companies who support each other in different professional fields. The registered capital of TOK is now 27 billion Rials.

In 2004, Tarh O Kavosh was honored the highest grade license of mass housing production with the annual record of totally 120,000 m² from the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning.

“Anboohsazan Tazh Co.” with registered capital of 55 billion Rials was established in 2002 as a land developer and construction company. During the past few years, Anboohsazan Tazh has executed many different projects, among them Zaferanieh and Gheitarieh buildings are significant. The luxurious Elahieh residential building with 11,000 m² total area is another project which is now under construction by Anboohsazan Tazh.

In order to evaluate the available opportunities in the Iranian free zones and play an effective role in the construction market, “Tazhsazan Kish Co.” was formed in 2004. Currently, many outstanding projects in Kish and Gheshm islands and Chabahar region are being assessed and the operational procedures of the feasible projects are to be commenced soon.
