This residential complex is located in a 1420 m² land with the total constructed area of 7150 m². The eight story building consists of two blocks with different entrances and elevators which provide easy access to the thirty apartments located in ground plus four upper floors of the complex.

Fourteen apartments with four different architectural designs, from 92 to 147m² are located in the eastern block. Western block also consists of sixteen apartments with 54 to 185 m² area accessed by two entrances.

All different apartment types have direct access to both north and south lights and also are exposed to eastern and western lights through the subtly designed open spaces between the blocks.

Total residential area is 3635 m² and over 3500 m² of the constructed area is allocated to a multipurpose lounge, janitors room, parking lots, storages, and mechanical room. Each apartment has a separate storage room and 2 parkings.
