Surrounded by the vast gardens of Elahieh region in the northern part of
Tehran, the complex is located in a site area of 2450 m2. The
eight story building is designed as a pleasant and luxurious residential
complex. Thirty various size apartment units are planned in two blocks,
covering total area of over 10,000 m2. Each block is equipped
with two large size elevators and one stair case.

fully facilitated covered swimming pool and different sport facilities,
